Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
½ cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons carob powder
½ cup molasses
¼ cup honey
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine flour, wheat germ, and carob powder. In another large bowl, mix molasses, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until fully combined. Add one egg at a time while mixing. One cup at a time add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Do not over mix. Pour into prepared cupcake holders and bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool before icing.

Icing
1 cup low fat cream cheese
¼ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Mix all together and top Pup’cakes
